Scriptures—We believe that Bible is the inspired word of God to man of himself and his plan of salvation.
God—We believe that there is only one true and living God existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is a distinct person but all of one essence and all having the same nature, perfection and obedience.
Jesus Christ—We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, shed his blood on Calvary in our place, was buried, rose again, and ascended to the Father according to scriptures.
Holy Spirit—We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit regenerates our soul and convicts us of sin and was left as the comforter to the believer.
Man—We believe that man is the direct creation of God, Body, Soul, and Spirit. Therefore, man is in any way a result of evolution but is made in God’s image.
Salvation—We believe that all who, in faith, receive the Lord Jesus Christ as savior are born again by the Holy Spirit and thus become the children of God. Salvation involves redemption, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification.
Priesthood of the Believer—We believe that each individual believer has direct access to God in prayer through Jesus Christ. Each believer has a personal relationship with the Father and there is no mediator between God and man other than Jesus Christ.
Second Coming—We believe that Jesus is coming back to receive his bride, the Church. The dead in Christ and the living believers will be translated to meet Him in the air. After the translation, the Kingdom of God will be established.
Satan—We believe that Satan was created as a perfect being. He rebelled against God and as a result he became depraved along with a host of angels who fell with him. Satan was judged and defeated at the cross and awaits his ultimate doom at Jesus Christ’s second coming.
The Church—We believe that the New Testament church is a local body of believers with Christ as their head and the Holy Spirit as their guide. The church is to be governed and directed by Jesus’ sovereign gifts to the church in the form of a set ministry of men and women, to equip the saints and do the work of the ministry.
Leadership—We believe that Christ is the head of the church and the Pastor is the under-shepherd given by God to feed the flock. The Pastor will give direction for the church as he is the leader appointed by God.
Witnessing—We believe that we are saved to serve. The world is filled with people who need to know that God loves them. We must be about the business of kingdom building, reaching out to the lost with the Gospel message. We are all responsible for telling people about the love of Christ and what He means to us.
